Tait of Chanute, Kansas, born in Garnett, Kansas, who passed away on December 21, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Tait and Gertrude M. Tait (Roeckers); his brother William Tait; his wife Evelyn; and his grandson Michael Cain.

He is survived by: his children, Lucinda "Cindy" Brown (Cary), David Tait (Christine), Valerie Newby (Doug), Sharla Tait, Half and Harold Tait Joyce Bailey.
