He is survived by: his wife Carlene Sylvia Storck; his children, Cinda Smith (Mike) of Hutchinson, Kan., Casi Addis (Josh) of Cherryvale and Cody Smith (Nichole) of Cherryvale; his grandchildren, Cade Addis, Maddux Smith, Ricci Smith and Cooper Smith; his sister Sandra Creel (James) of Muskogee, Okla.; his siblings-in-law, Charles and Waunda Storck of Braman, Okla.; and his sibling's children, Shane Storck, Chris Creel, Corey Storck, Jared Creel and Felicia Gant.
