It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Anne (Bartley) Regnier Hemphill (Cherryvale, Kansas), born in Miltonvale, Kansas, who passed away on February 28, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Bernice Bartley and Venita Bartley (Pitts); her former life partner Lucien; and her grandchildren, Missy Regnier and Randon Regnier.
She is survived by : her husband Ray Hemphill; her children, Bernie Regnier (Cindy) of Bennington, Doug Regnier (Tasha) of Black Forest, CO and Michelle Loganbill (Stephen) of Cherryvale; her stepchildren, David Hemphill (Michelle) and Dawn Ward; her grandchildren, Ty Regnier (Rachel), Nolan Regnier (Kasey), Matt Regnier, Laura Regnier, Nick Loganbill (Sarah), Trenton Loganbill (Dani) and Christine Loganbill; her stepgrandchildren, Sam Hemphill and Dalston Ward; and her brothers, Junior Bartley (Donna) of Blue Springs, MO and Leroy Bartley (Betty) of Clay Center.
