He was predeceased by : his father William "Bill" Blair; his grandparents, Opal Blair, Freda and Ted Bayless; his aunt Frances Stacy; and his cousins, David Stacy and Michael John.
He is survived by : his mother Martha Blair (Bayless) of Cherryvale; his children, Christina Blair of Pittsburg, Ashley Blair of Parsons and Samantha Blair of Joplin; his brothers, James Blair of Cherryvale and Doug Blair (Shelli) of Altamont; and his granddaughters, Nevaeh and Jayden. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews and 15 great nieces and nephews.
