It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Franklin Briggs (Cimarron, Kansas), born in Dodge City, Kansas, who passed away on April 6, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Briggs and Elma Briggs (Hill); and his brother John. He is survived by : his wife Ada Frazee; and his children, Mike Schubert, Dana Manna, Dale Schubert (Kim), Randy Briggs (Michelle), Justin Briggs (Tracee) and Michele Gifford (Darren). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
