We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Kathy Winkler of Cimarron, Kansas, born in Liberal, Kansas. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Heape and Opal Heape (Hicks); and her brother Larry Heape. She is survived by : her husband John Winkler; her daughters, Vicki Moore (Charley) of El Dorado and Tammy Barker (Dennis) of Cimarron; and her siblings, Phyllis Schmidt (Lloyd) of Ingalls and Mike Heape of Phoenix, Arizona.. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
