She was predeceased by : her parents, Murlin Carter and Doris Carter (Dewey); her husband Marlyn; and her brothers, Lynn Carter and Murray "Bud" Carter.

She is survived by : her sons, Justin Redetzke of Dubai, U. A. E., Brandon Redetzke of Kansas City and Bryan Redetzke of Lantana; and her grandchildren, Dees Redetzke, Stone Redetzke, Kamber Redetzke, Grey Redetzke and Annalauren Redetzke.
