He is survived by : his former life partner Rachel Moon; his wife Faye White Kurz; his sons, David (Deb) of Hagerman, ID and Joseph of Wichita, KS; his grandchildren, Shelice, Emily and Scott; his stepsons, Steve Kurz (Deborah) of Thurmont, MD, Mark Kurz (Cindy) of Alburtis, PA and Martin Kurz (Anna Jo) of Greencastle, PA; and his stepgrandchildren, Brian, Jennifer, Leslie, Sherry, Drake and Lindsey. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
