She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Fredrick and Billy Jean Fisher (Middleton); her husband Phillip Eugene Phifer; and her siblings, Bobby Fisher, Sandy Phillips and Tammy Knisley.
She is survived by : her children, Joan Tallhamer, Meissa Hanzelka and Greg Berry; her stepdaughter Desirae Blythe; and her sisters, Cheryl Green, Patty Kucyk and Shelia Morales. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the VFW Post #1022 Ladies Auxiliary; these may be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W. Barnes Funeral Home 306 N. Cline Rd. Coffeyville, KS 67337.
