He was predeceased by : his parents, Renous Allen and Ruth Allen of Coldwater, KS; his parents-in-law, Marshall and Mary Oyler of Norwich, KS; his brothers, Jack Allen of Coldwater, KS and Joe Allen of Venice, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Allen of Venice, FL and David Howell of Griffith, IN..

He is survived by : his wife Janis Oyler Allen of Norwich, KS; his son Brian (Lynn) of Wichita, KS; his grandchildren, Brendan of Wichita, KS and Brianna of Wichita, KS; and his brothers, Jene (Robin) of Coldwater, KS and Jimmie (Janice) of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
