He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Herl and Teresa Herl (Augustine); and his stepgrandson Timothy Parker. He is survived by: his wife Tharen Troyer; his children, Shawn Herl of Quinter, Bryan Herl (Tristina) of Hutchinson and Julie Parker (Carl) of Oakley; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Mason Herl and Sarah Parker; his sisters, Marilyn Randolph and Connie Daniels; and his pets, Fred, Cooper, Ziggy and Sammy. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
