She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Morrow Tull and Ollie Pearl Tull (Engelman); her brothers, Raymond, Larry and Dale Tull; her grandson Jason Brian; and her great grandchild Baker Halsey.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Halsey of Wichita, Kansas, Bryan Halsey (Debra) of Phoenix, Arizona and Roxann Halsey of Conway Springs, Kansas; her sister Marie Pettegrew of Mesa, Arizona; and her grandchildren, Jesse, Daphne, Christopher, Bill, Natalie and Kurt. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Conway Springs Methodist Church (411 S 8th St, Conway Springs, KS 67031).
A memorial has been established to the Conway Springs Methodist Church.
