It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty D. Hanlon (Cottonwood Falls, Kansas), born in Independence, Kansas, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas H. Chrisope and Helen D. Chrisope (Haverstick); and her son Tom Hanlon. She is survived by : her husband George W. "Bill" Hanlon; and her children, Joe Hanlon (Maria) of Blue Springs, MO and Linda Martin (Gary) of Strong City. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 1 great great-grandchild.
