He is survived by : his children, Mindy Amend (Luke) of Whitewater, Kansas, Lisa Jarvis (Ben) of Council Grove, Kansas, Sondra Sparks (Derek) of Tonganoxie, Kansas and Pete Day (Nikki) of Council Grove, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Ella, Julia Amend, Brayden, Brody Jarvis, Mason, Logan, Ava Sparks, Eli, Dani and Lexi Day; and his brothers, Don Day (Carole) of Council Grove and Dean Day (Maria) of Hesston, Kansas..
