Charles E. Dugan Obituary

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Dugan and Lazetta Dugan; his son David Lamoine Dugan; his daughter-in-law Cheryl; and his brothers, Richard Dugan of Soldier, KS and John Dugan of Topeka, KS.
He is survived by : his wife Letha JoAnn Baldwin Hundley; his children, Christine Stanton (Alan) of Topeka, Edy Prescott (Tony) of Delia, Jeri Lynn Walter of Topeka and Scott Dugan (Mary) of Wakarusa, KS; and his siblings, Bill Dugan of Holton, KS, Robert Dugan (Sandy) of Lumberton, TX and Ethel Mae Caulk (Tracy) of Rockingham, NC.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren.
