She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert McCoy and Tisha McCoy; her husband Dennis Schmidt; and her sons, Mark and Kim.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Salem Township Cemetery (500 W 95th St S, Haysville, KS 67060). After becoming ill in 2022 with covid pneumonia, Estelene moved in to her oldest sons home until her death.
