He was predeceased by: his parents, Phil Devine and Agnes Devine (VanLeeuwen). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Knoeber (Knoeber); his sisters, Joann Becker, Teresa Sisk and Christine Patterson; and his children, John Devine (Marty), Jim Devine, Margie Johnson (Kent) and Allie Devine (Greg Wright).
