He is survived by: his mother Leota McCarthy (Bill) of Manhattan, KS; his sister Pam Martinez (Rick) of Manhattan, KS; his close friend Dana Hanson of Derby, KS; his stepson Dustin Phillips of Derby, KS; his stepsisters, Linda McCarthy of Topeka, KS and Tina McCarthy of Austin, Texas; his sibling's children, Athen Martinez of Charolette and Raquelle Martinez of Manhattan, KS; and his pet Willie Wildcat.
Memorials may be given to the donors choice in memory of Steve.
