He is survived by : his parents, Alvie Holden and Flora Holden; his wife Janna Holden; his children, Donita Berkland (Lennis) of Polk City, IA and Derek Holden (Stephanie) of Mankato, MN; his siblings, Raymond Holden (Charlene) of Tulsa, OK and Francis Whitehead of Sacramento, CA; and his grandchildren, Shelby Berkland, Kayla Holden and Nathan Holden.
