She was predeceased by : her parents, Morris Reed and Elemerta Reed (Yeager); her husband Ray Nilhas; her grandson Jason Lee Burney; her brother Joe Reed; and her siblings-in-law, Charlie Price, Lloyd, Ruth Ann Nilhas, Merle, Audrey Nilhas, Bill, Mae Rassmussen, Hollis and Jesse Hunt.

She is survived by : her daughters, Beverly Burney (Philip) and Brenda Pogue (Greg Martinez); her grandchildren, Melissa Lindenman (Shawn), Rachel Kitch (Brian), Daniel Pogue, Amanda Burney, Webb (Orie Webb) and Danna Pogue (Evan McKinley); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Leah Lindenman, Jordan, Jacquelyn Kitch, Autumn, Ethan, Chase Pogue, Kade Hammas, Arylce Jo Webb, Summer and Brody Weil; her siblings, Alice Price and Walter Reed (Pat); and her sister-in-law Judy Reed. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorials to the Hospice of the Prairie or Church of Christ in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
