She was predeceased by : her parents, Leroy Stephenson and Anna Stephenson (Sheuch); her husband Leroyce Dwayne Israel; her son Mark; her siblings, J. Elby, Robert Stephenson and Ruth Classen; and her grandson Levi Anderson.
She is survived by : her children, David (Sandi) and Tanya Eversole; and her sister Mary Rogers (Buck). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the Cancer Center of Kansas in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
