She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Jim Moote; her close friend Corey Schroeder of Dodge City; her children, Trace Baker (Abbie) of Curtis, Skyler (Jaycee Schroeder), Cody (Daytona Schroeder) and Jerrica (Callie Schroeder); her grandsons, Wesley Baker and Ivan Sanchez; her mother Pam Taylor (Edward Taylor) of Rozel; her siblings, Justin Moote of Shedd, Jeremy Moote of Broken Arrow, Austin Taylor of Rozel, Nick Taylor of Burdett and Jessica Hendrickson of Jetmore; her godchild Lilah Armstrong; and her grandparents, Bill, Wanda Moote, Earl and Patricia Armstrong. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.

Memorials are suggested to the Heidi Moote Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
