She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Tompkins and Evelyn Tompkins (Schmidt); her niece Kathy; her nephew Tanner; and her great-nephew Drake.
She is survived by : her siblings, Tracy Weyers, Sandy Koehn (Lane), Terry Tompkins (Ruth), Alan Tompkins, Kenneth Tompkins (Tami) and Ronald Tompkins. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews; 27 great nieces and nephews and 1 great-great nephew.
The family suggests memorials to the Minneola District Hospital in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
