He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe R. and Chloe Pate, Sr. (Whittle); and his sister Joyce Ring. He is survived by : his sisters, Jeannie Meeker of Wichita, Glenda Middleswart (Gail) of Oberlin, Judy Harris of Dodge City, Janis Ferguson (Tom) of Dodge City and Michelle Pate of Dodge City.
