With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rod Allen (Dodge City, Kansas), born in Port Hueneme, California, who passed away on August 17, 2020 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Allen and Ardis Allen (Sigsbee); his daughter JaNae Marie Allen; his granddaughter Jessa Burkhart; and his brother James "Jimmy" Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Rodney Brent Allen and Vanissa Kay Allen (Ben) of Dodge City, KS; his wife Sharon Allen of Dodge City, KS; his son Rod Allen (Alicia) of Thornton, CO; his sisters, Caroline Rebien and Cheryl Allen of Dodge City, KS; his brothers-in-law, Gary Fisher of Golden, CO and Charles "Chuck" Fisher (Gayla) of Ensign, KS.; his grandchildren, Latasha Doyle (Shane), Wayson Tabor, Jessica Duque, Kyle Allen (Ashley), Jerrica Allen, Sydney Benish and Jaedyn Burkart; his stepgrandchildren, Vanessa Cervantes and Ben Cervantes Jr.; and his great grandchild Julian Tabor.
This fund will help pay for medical bills and other expenses accrued while Rod was fighting COVID-19.
