He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Beal and Jackie Fishel (Pickett); and his brother Gerald Beal. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Beal (Shannon), Vicki Beal and Katy Lee; and his siblings, Barb Sullivan (Jim Serviss) and John Beal (Heidi). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations in David's name can be made to the Wichita VA.
