He was predeceased by: his stepfather John Cowhead; his grandparents, Bob LaForge, Diz and Olga Diemart; and his aunt Janie.
He is survived by: his parents, Terry Diemart and Karyn LaForge; his grandmother Therese LaForge; his aunts and uncles, John, Tim Diemart, Andy, Steve, Susie, Julie, Jimmy, Marsha LaForge and Wanda Tipton; and his brothers, Tim and Brian LaForge. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
