It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Olivia Rose Peiffer (El Dorado, Kansas), who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jerome Peiffer, Victor Courchaine and Ruth Courchaine. She is survived by: her parents, John Peiffer and Jackie Peiffer (Courchaine) of El Dorado; her siblings, Ashley Peiffer of Wichita, Steven Peiffer (Sara) of Bel Aire and Joshua Peiffer (Sarah) of San Antonio, TX; her grandmother Vivian Peiffer of Derby; and her siblings' children, Hannah Bowen, Samuel Bowen, Bodie Peiffer and Murphy. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In June of 2020, in the midst of a world-wide pandemic, Olivia moved to Houston, Texas, to begin a life working as a chemical engineer for ExxonMobil in Baytown.
Memorial contributions in her name may be directed in care of the family for an engineering scholarship that will be set up at Kansas State University.
