He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Orne and Georgia Frances; his siblings, Robert "Bob" and Joyce Rood; and his pets, Bandit and Twiggy.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Erwin; his children, Lori Ballinger, Krista Todd (Chris), Ralph Wesley Ballinger and Vickie Wyant; his sister Delores Marshall; his grandchildren, Noah Thompson, Dakotah Winter (Bri), Dayton Winter (Emily), Dallas Winter, Rusty Ballinger and AJ Hicks; and his great grandchild Samuel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
