She was predeceased by: her husbands, Maxon Lee Newkirk, Roger Dale, Neal Wayne and Ronald Lee; her parents, Herbert and Emma; her siblings, James (Noel "Storm"), Rosalie McDonald and Margie Welch; and her daughters-in-law, Janet and Wilma.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Rayner (Carl) and Dean Newkirk; her daughter-in-law Kathy Newkirk; and her siblings, Herb Greenburg and Myra Greenburg Leathers. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Memorial s may be made to Elk City Pride or The First Christian Church and may be left with the Chapel.
