She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ovid and Edith Hilda Toadvine (Hammond); her husband Richard Addington; her son Victor Lee Addington; and her brother Bill Toadvine.
She is survived by: her daughter Cammy Harrold (Dale) of Liberal; her brother Jim Toadvine (Karen) of Elkhart; her grandchildren, Pamela Kay Bell of Wichita, Michael Addington of Elkhart and Mica Nave of Elkhart; and her great grandchildren, Haley, Dylan Lewis, Shaylee, Lance Addington, Clayson and Regan Nave.
