He was predeceased by : his parents, John Allen and Virginia Allen (Annis). He is survived by : his wife Karen Allen of Elkhart, KS.; his son Justin Dahle (Joelle) of Moscow, KS.; his grandsons, Christopher and Gary; and his great-niece Izzy Osborn. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

A memorial has been established for William James Allen's final expenses.
