He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter John and Mary Eileen McQuade (Lavery); his siblings, Mary Anne McQuade and Kevin McQuade; his sister-in-law Cathy McQuade; and his grandparents, Peter Harrison, Mary Rose McQuade (Grannan), Joseph Charles and Anne Lavery (Kelly) of Virginia.

He is survived by : his siblings, Patricia Englehardt (Loy) of Winslow, AZ, Tim McQuade (Cindy) of Hoisington, Owen McQuade (Edith) of Russell, Dennis (Sue Beckham) of St. Charles, MO and Mark (Ruthann) of Madill, OK. He is also survived by other relatives and good friends.
