She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Urban of Ellsworth; her daughter Kathryn Foran (Roger) of Ellsworth; and her grandchildren, Anita Fuller (Terry), Ray Foran and Pamela Hays (Tim). She is also survived by six great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
