He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Rodriguez and Marina Rodriguez; and his sister Rafaela. He is survived by: his wife Diane Rodriguez of Emporia, KS; his children, Gina Rodriguez of Emporia, KS, Valerie Duran, Joseph Rodriguez of Emporia, KS and Angel Rodriguez; and his siblings, Elias Rodriguez, Pedro Rodriguez, Otilia Elizarraraz and Refugia "Cuca" Hernandez. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
