He is survived by: his parents, Hugo Ruiz and Susie Ruiz (Diaz); his sons, Andre and Adrian Ruiz; his grandparents, Maricela Ruiz, Alberto and Josefina Contreras; and his brothers, Hugo Ruiz Jr. (Leticia), Jordain Ruiz (Karla) and Anthony Ruiz (Natalie Duron).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home (605 State St, Emporia, KS 66801). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Memorial Lawn Cemetery (2000 Prairie St, Emporia, KS 66801).
