It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Louise Gilligan of Emporia, Kansas, who passed away on December 23, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Glendon Willard (Glen) and Eva Louise Willard (Mize); her brother Richard (Marlene Willard); her siblings-in-law, Diane Willard and Ed Schneider; her mother-in-law Alice Gilligan; and her siblings-in-law, Tom Gilligan (Betty), Virginia Gilligan, Juanita Gilligan, Richard Gorman and John Herrick.
She is survived by : her siblings, Glendon Willard Jr. (Roy), Robert (Mary), Willard, Margaret (Peggy), Schneider and David (Tom); her in-laws, Donna (Jim), Gales, Dave (Linda Harry), Mary (Dee) and Baxter; her husband Fred (Fred); her children, Denise of Emporia, KS, Rob (Kelly McEnerney) and Andrea (Shawn Evans); and her grandchildren, Michael, Maddux and Grace. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and even great-great nieces and nephews, in large extended family.
Memorial contributions in her name can be made to the Emporia Eastside Community Group or your favorite animal rescue charity of choice in care of the funeral home.
