He is survived by: his parents, Carlton Bird and Nancy Bird (Diebolt); his former spouses, Tammi Howard, Carolyn Ware and Krista Koch; his children, Kaylene Devena (Kyle) of Topeka and Scott Bird (Meghan) of New York City; his stepsons, Patrick Ware and Daniel Ware; his grandsons, Wesley Devena, Grant Devena and Clark Devena; and his siblings, Michael Bird of Olathe, Sharon Moore of Spring, Laura Moreland of Newton and Brenda Bird of Eudora. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
