She was predeceased by: her parents, Merritt Musick and Ella Musick (Wichman); and her daughter-in-law Libby Spring. She is survived by: her former husband Henry "Jock" Spring; her husband Fred Campbell; and her children, Dennis "Denny" Spring (Janet) of Eudora, James "Jim" Spring (Libby) of Eudora, Charles "Chuck" Spring (Barb) of Eudora and Kathryn "Kathy" Nunn (Bruce) of Eudora. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made in Iona's name to The Eudora School District and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.
