She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Jr. Fowler and Vivian Fowler (Gillman); and her siblings, Dwayne "Duke" Fowler and Cindy Krahan. She is survived by : her husband Victor Gene Rollins; her children, Victor Gene Rollins, Jr. of Piedmont and Leslee Ann Rollins of Eureka; her grandchildren, Austin Rollins and Brielle Austin; and her brother Richard "Dick" Fowler of Council Bluffs, Iowa..
