We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2021, at the age of 89, Rosalie Paulina Brenton of Eureka, Kansas, born in Lamont, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William H. Storey and Millie M. Storey (French); her husband George W. Brenton; and her siblings, James, Bill, Owen, John Storey, Louise Christy, LaVerne Miller, Margaret Boan, Ellen Kuertzel, Ruth Storey, Ester Storey, Edith Musch and Beulah Stine.

She is survived by : her friend Kenneth Harlan of Emporia; her cousin Sarah McAbee; her children, Mike (Jackie Brenton) of El Dorado, Marietta Abplanalp (Don McAllister) of Potwin, Marty Brenton of Reece and Melodee (Larry Johnson) of Owasso, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Jayme (Josh Vail), Adam (Sara Brenton), Michelle (Josh Mantooth), Kyle Abplanalp, Ryan (Rebecca Abplanalp), Marc Abplanalp, Michael (Cassie McAllister), Tyson (Emily Brenton) and Shelly (Justin Decker). She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Rosalie's name to the Christian & Congregational Church, or Eureka Home Health.
