He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Terry Evans (Deb) of Fall River, Jeanna Breech (Kelly) of Nowata and John Evans (Judy) of Fredonia, KS; his grandchildren, Dustin Breech (Mariana) of Broken Arrow, OK, Jim Breech (Dez) of Tulsa, OK, Matthew Evans (Jessica) of Fredonia, KS, Kelsey Evans (Adam Coomes) of St. Paul, KS, Jessie Evans (Samantha) of Springdale, AR and Kimberly Stithem (Justin) of Fredonia, KS; and his brother Jack Evans (Cheryl) of Fredonia. He is also survived by his parents and granddaughter.
