He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Earl and Mary Olivia Matthews Ruddick. He is survived by: his wife Betty Pauli; his grandchildren, Jeremy Ruddick, Abby Simmons, Haley Trainor, Aaron Rucker, Samatha Irene, Nick Ogden and Hannah Ogden; and his great grandchildren, Cooper Ruddick and Jackson Simmons. He is also survived by 4 daughters.
Due to COVID-19, private family services will be held with burial following in U. S. National Cemetery.
