He is survived by: his son Anthony Scott; his former wife Mary Lou Debrick; his children, Scott Helm, Debbie Jones of Desoto, Kan and Tammy Helm of Fort Scott; his daughter-in-law Roberta Helm; his grandchildren, Alicia Hafley (Joe) of Kansas City, Kan and Michael McHenry of Gladstone; and his great grandchild Caden "Oscar" Hafley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
