It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda E. Oliver of Fort Scott, Kansas, born in Monroe, Michigan, who passed away on March 9, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Daniel and Hallie Mae Navarre (Seitz). She is survived by: her husband James Henry Oliver, Jr.; and her children, Noelle N. Oliver and James H. Oliver, IV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to COVID restrictions, attendance is limited to family.
