She is survived by: her father Edward Coulter; her husband Jessee Belle; her daughters, Ashlei Goddard (Jordan) of Ft. Scott, Nikola Goodwin (Aaron Brown) of Ft. Scott and Windy Goodwin (Antonio Juarez) of Ft. Scott; her stepchildren, Domanick Belle, Kaidence Belle and Bailey Belle; her siblings, Mariann Mackley (Norman "Marie"), Tami Eaton, Eddie Coulter (Kelly) of Chanute, KS, Lance Coulter (Erin) and Anthony Ogle; and her grandchildren, Aaydan, Braydan, Caydan, Jaydan Goddard and Connor Brown. She is also survived by one grandson on the way; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts and uncles.
