Wayne Cowen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Cowen of Fort Scott, Kansas, who passed away on October 1, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Richard and Freda Elaine Cowen (Bentley). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jean Ballou; his children, Tisha Moore (Kevin) of Blue Springs, Nikia Harlan (Jeremy) of Katy, Marissa Cowen of Higginsville, Lacey Ratliff (Josh) of Higginsville, Simon Ballou (Jennifer) of Fort Scott, Debbie Ballou of Fulton and Jason Ballou (Carol) of Fort Scott; and his brothers, Kenton Cowen of Fort Scott, Brad Cowen (Joyce) of Fort Scott and Larry Cowen (Sondra) of Fort Scott. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
