He is survived by : his wife Ronda Walker; his children, Ronda Culbertson (Joey), Terry Cunningham (Nancy) and Tony Cunningham (Mindy) of Fredonia, KS; and his siblings, Larry Cunningham (Sherry), Tom Cunningham (Janice), Tim Cunningham (Sherri), Rick Cunningham (Dee), Marilyn Kimzey, Debby Reed, Kristy Lee (Larry), Tony Cunningham (Jackie) and Randy Cunningham (Lena) of Overland Park, KS.
