He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kelley and Mary E. Kelley (Mitchell); his sister Arnetta Ball; and his son-in-law Brad Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Lois F. Kelley (Lake); his children, Charles Kelley II (Melissa) of Springfield, Cindy Albright (Dennis) of Galena, Treasa Gibson of Joplin and Jodie Kelley of Galena; and his grandchildren, Amanda Snyder, Lauren Viad, Ty Albright and Trey Kelley. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
