He is survived by: his wife Paula Brookshire (Bullard); his daughters, Alicia Gilbert of Riverton, KS and Becky Wood of Baxter Springs, KS; and his sister Cathy Porter of Riverton, KS. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
